GREENERFRIDAY HOLIDAY GIFT AWARDS 2026
GEORGIA — THREE CANDIDATES

No winners have been selected. Public voting is separate from editorial evaluation.

Big Daddy Biscuits — All-Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits
Recipe lists organic flour, organic peanut butter and organic oats.
State connection: Made by a Decatur, Georgia dog-treat business.
Considerations: Organic ingredient claims are not finished-product certification; verify freshness and suitability for the recipient’s dog.
User evidence: Buyer accounts describe repeat purchases and dogs enjoying the treats; the exact peanut-butter biscuits have a separate review trail.
Scope: Exact biscuits on seller page plus broader business reviews.
Limitations: One business reviewer reports mold in a batch and a subsequent replacement. Storage guidance and dietary suitability matter.

Okabashi — Milan Men’s Slide Sandal
Uses the brand’s bio-based material blend and can be returned through its shoe-recycling program.
State connection: Made at the company’s Buford, Georgia factory.
Considerations: A mixed plastic material, not biodegradable; take-back recycling is distinct from curbside recycling.
User evidence: The exact Milan model has a meaningful seller review footprint; older reviewers report comfort and arch support.
Scope: Milan slide, with brand-level warranty caveat.
Limitations: A 2026 BBB complaint describes delayed warranty replacement and a discontinued size/style; current listing still exists. Reconfirm chosen size, do not promise warranty service quality.

Rinse Bath & Body — Unscented Sulfate-Free Shampoo Bar
Compact solid shampoo format can replace liquid shampoo packaged in rigid bottles.
State connection: Handmade by a Monroe, Georgia company.
Considerations: Confirm the current ingredient list and packaging; no measured bottle-saving or lifecycle claim used.
User evidence: Targeted searches found product and retailer listings but no persuasive exact-bar independent owner trail.
Scope: No demonstrated exact unscented-bar demand.
Limitations: Seller listings also show backorder wording; do not assume holiday availability.
