GREENERFRIDAY HOLIDAY GIFT AWARDS 2026
DELAWARE — THREE CANDIDATES

No winners have been selected. Public voting is separate from editorial evaluation.

Bindhi’s — Colby’s Blueberry Biscuits
The recipe names organic blueberries, organic coconut oil and organic honey.
State connection: Made in Delaware and shipped from Hockessin.
Considerations: Ingredient organic claims are not verified finished-product certification; listed shelf life is two months.
User evidence: The brand republishes positive testimonials and repeat-order stories, but no independent exact-blueberry-biscuit evidence was located.
Scope: Curated brand-level testimonials.
Limitations: Cannot verify testimonial independence or exact product, and dog suitability is individual.

Enlightened Coast Candles — Evergreen 10oz Candle
Soy-wax candle in a vessel supported by the maker’s jar return and refill program.
State connection: Lewes, Delaware candle maker.
Considerations: Confirm the current return/refill terms; soy wax does not make combustion emission-free.
User evidence: Only selected testimonials on the maker’s own homepage were found, without a persuasive independent Evergreen-specific buyer trail.
Scope: Curated brand testimonials, not exact candle.
Limitations: Do not reuse medical or non-toxic testimonials as factual product claims.

Little Goat Coffee Roasting Co. — Espresso
Candidate based on the company’s stated focus on organically grown and fairly traded coffee.
State connection: Delaware coffee roaster with a Newark cafe.
Considerations: Organic evidence is brand-level; verify the current Espresso lot and certification before finalist selection.
User evidence: Several Delaware forum threads spontaneously recommend Little Goat as a local roaster and coffee destination.
Scope: Brand/roaster level, not exact Espresso bag.
Limitations: Café reputation is not proof of satisfaction with this roast; freshness, grind and preferred brewing style matter.
